PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania — In what is believed to be a move to better compete with Mist, ARN merged with OVRCST Monday to become ARN OVRCST. This will result in many different changes.
The most significant change at the moment is a massive rebrand. As of Monday night, HBS is now ARN Philly. Other changes, including those to the website and staff, are yet to be finalized.
In a statement released Monday, HBS founder Hainesnoids said that “HBS is now ARN Philly.”
No further information has been released at this time.
