Dear 5 On Your Side,
I write this from a place of great frustration. Frustration about your control room. You see, last night, after 5 On Your Side at 10 (which barely airs on the online stream Sunday nights to begin with), Sports Plus with Frank Cusumano started. I was quite excited, especially since Kelly Chase was gonna be on.
Imagine my shock when it suddenly cut to a replay of the Friday morning news. I was confused, but I didn’t have time to process that, as during that confusion, more confusion happened. The stream suddenly went to commercial, before airing that night’s episode of The Record with Mark Maxwell, a program that was not supposed to air for another 20 minutes.
I was disappointed with this result, a result that I have seen many times when Sunday Night Football happens. As previously stated, it is quite often that the late-night news doesn’t air at all, let alone Sports Plus. This is quite unfortunate, as I have trouble picking KSDK up via antenna, and cannot afford cable.
Therefore, I ask that you please fix this issue. I really enjoy your programming, and hate that I’m unable to watch it a lot of the time.
