Yeah, yeah, I know. There was an “incident” related to their concessions. At the behest of my advisors, I will not be making any statements about it beyond this.
Sullivan’s concessions are very similar to Pacific’s, except more expensive. Their Mountain Dew was $2.50 compared to our $2, and their pretzel with cheese was $4.75, compared to our $4 (if I recall correctly, anyway.) Pricing aside, the pretzel, from what I was able to eat, was good.
Though somehow, beyond all fucking odds, there was more salt than the ones at Pacific. Which is completely crazy. The pretzels here already have so much goddamn salt, how could there be more?! Sullivan continues to amaze me with how much they overcompensate for their middling athletics. Pretzel is a 7/10.
As always, Mountain Dew is a 10.
Join me this basketball season as I review the concessions at Union, St. Clair, Hermann, St. James, Owensville, and even New Haven. It will be an adventure.
